The first red tea was invented in this very own village of Tong Mu Guan in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian.
This tea is still made using traditional crafts of harvesting only local pine woods and picking only once a year during Spring. Tea buds are mainly used for this tea and smoked using the local pinewood throughout the process giving it a subtle natural pinewood flavour in the tea yet smooth and with good aftertaste.
