Harvested on 18 February this year as spring has barely arrived, this AV2 cultivar tea is fragrant but delicate due to the white tea processing methods. This Rohini Estate white tea is gently sweet with subtle grassy and very raw white grapes. The delicate sweet flavours is best brought out by brewing with mineral water at a lower temperature of 80 degrees celcius and over a longer steeping time.
