About Bi Luo Chun
Bi Luo Chu is from the Eastern Dong Ting Mountain, next to Tai Lake in Jiang Su, China.
It is deliberately surrounded by fruit trees, such as plum, peach, loquat and chestnut.
This is to impart those fruity aromas that lingers in your mouth, making that its signature notes.
It is classified as a tributary item since the Tang Dynasty, Bi Luo Chun of such grading is noted for every 50 grams of dried tea containing 6 to 7 thousand tender shoots. This OVP Tea is 50 grams nett weight.
After toasting, the tea forms itself into knots that have a green, almost metallic sheen with fine silver hairs. Hence the name Bi Luo Chun, owing to these characteristics and its spring season harvest.
It has the most elegant fragrance among the dry-roasting green teas, its gentle yet powerful aroma turn heads without attracting unwanted attention.
