Misty cloud is sourced from a organic family farm in Song Yang county in the coastal Province of Zhejiang. Also the source of our Timberline Morning, this mountain farm is surrounded by temples, terraces, and beautiful rural villages. Known for its elegant leaf and fresh flavor this aromatic green is made from the bud and top one or two leaves that are picked before the Qing Ming Festival. After being harvested, the leaves are allowed to wilt no more than six hours before being torn, pan fried, and baked dry.
