Jade Mountain has a delicious hint of chocolate, with an aroma of herbal and citrus notes. The flavour is well-balanced between sweet and mild nut, full body, good acidity and a pleasant aftertaste. These jade-coloured coffee beans are allowed to be fermented to develop flavours before sun-dried naturally for several hours. This ensures a perfect level of moisture within the bean and helps to create the unique flavour of Jade Mountain.
