This coffee is produced by Jairo Arcila. This coffee was picked and transported the same day to La Pradera (Cofinet’s processing station).
This lot was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours, later placed inside sealed plastic tanks for 36 hours. Later placed on raised beds below 35 degrees Celsius until ideal moisture content was achieved.
This exotic lot is using 100% Geisha varietal coffee. Geisha was first discovered in Absinia, Ethiopia in 1931, subsequently introduced to Colombia in 2005.
