Mugicha is a refreshing infusion of roasted barley kernels packed with nutty flavour and slight bitter undertones. We make our cold brew Mugicha by steeping roasted barley kernels in cold water for over 24 hours.
If you like the aroma and taste of roasted tea leaves like Oolong and Hojicha, we think you’ll like Mugicha too. But because Mugicha isn’t brewed from tea leaves, it’s absolutely caffeine-free.
