The Daphne Odora (瑞香)  is unique for its exceptionally sweet taste profile, with the notes experiencing subtle changes year on year, from fruity, sweet to even accents of cotton candy and caramel notes. The taste is dependent on the variability of climate from year to year, with 2020’s batch characterised by more floral and fruity notes.
