Shipping & Delivery

Generally, our merchants will process and ship out your order within three working days. The transit time for each merchant can be also be found on the individual product page. 

If your item has not arrived after an excessively long period of time, please contact us at help@teapasar and we will do our best to help you.  

As your order is dispatched from the seller directly, delivery times will vary based on store. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Information tab in the product page.

Yes, you will have to pay any customs and import fees that occur. For more information, please click here.

You can track your order from the delivery provider’s site using your tracking number given in the fulfillment email.

Shopping

Absolutely! teapasar vets each seller before letting them onto the platform, and we make sure that only brands and farmers selling authentic and trustworthy teas are allowed to sell here. We also do periodic checks, so you can be assured that the quality is maintained.

Each farm has its own speciality tea. In addition, tea tastes different depending on its cultivar and terroir, which means that each farm has its own unique taste.

As for brands, each brand on teapasar has their own unique blends or spin on blends which have their own flavours.

If you’re not sure which farm or brand to buy from, we encourage you to take our quiz and make your own personalised taste profile, which will allow us to make customised tea recommendations. For more information on what our taste profile is, please refer to this page

Enter your discount code at the ‘Coupon Code’ section of your cart and it will be applied to your order.
You can view your orders from your account page.

You can only return purchases if they are defective. For more information, please refer to our shipping and returns page.

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations after an order has been placed.

Sadly, we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this particular time.
